ford iveco 75e15 cargo wheels?

hi,

i own a 2001,7,5 ton ford iveco 75e15 cargo, box truck,& i just wanted to know what the original size of the wheels are.

the size of the wheels that are on my truck at the moment, are 215/75r17.5,which was on the truck at the time when i bought it & for some or other reason they just don't seem to be the correct size.i somehow assume that the wheel size should be bigger than the ones i have on the truck.

can somebody please advise me as to what the correct wheel size is.
thank you.

Thank you very much guys, i'll check with the dealer,i think before i bought the truck they had an extended body fitted to the truck i.e the box on the truck, which normally comes with a 20ft box, which was replaced with a 24ft box which is on the truck at present,& what happens is that when the truck is fully loaded to it's full capacity, the rear wheels seems to buldge out quite heavilly due to the load stress.

Just another question is,if i do change the wheels to a bigger size which i would like to do,how much bigger can i go,& would it have an effect on the overall drive quality & economy,in any way, besides the tacho that would need re doing.

Once again thank you for all your help.

check your ministry plate ,that should have the size on it ,or as said previously call your local dealer..if you do change the wheels ,you will need to get the tacho re-done

Give your local dealer a call give them the chassis number they should be able to advise the correct tyre / wheel sizes but they sound about right for a 7.5 tonner but it could depend if the front axle has uprated just check with the dealer, not sure but should it be on your MOT aplication or tacho data sheet
