I was just drivin home from work an the engine management light has come my corsa c 04 1.2 16 valve an it sounds like its only sparking on three plugs not four I've changed the plugs an its still the same what could the problem be?

Could be the coil pack if it really is a mis-fire problem.

By the way:

These engines do have a reputation for snapping camshafts. The set screws that fix the camshaft housings come loose. If you haven't checked them recently it would be worth checking that they are all still tight.
