citroen Saxo 2002?

how do I fix the horn on my Saxo, it works once, then doesn't work at all after that.

sounds like its seized up try spraying it with wd40 down the horn and hold it on for 30 secs this sometimes frees up the vibrating plate that makes the noise.its easier to get a second one and fit it as a rule
