What replacement engine and gear box can I use in a renault kangoo 1400 petrol van that will just bolt in. Will use a Dictator fuel management system to replace original Computer box. Bought van would not start after a week seem like previous owner lost key and had wiring changed, cant get it started desperate as husband quadraplegic and want to use for wheel chair transfers must be reliable cant take chances.

Dont bother wasting your money on old bangers. If your husband is in need of transport get a properly adapted vehicle from motability I think it will make both your lives a lot easier.
