My blowers in my 2003 tino stay on full constant with no control at all on manual. when in auto mode I can hear the system trying to adjust and when I turn down the temperature it blows hot and cold as required. I have removed the fuse and it has stopped but when I replace it goes back onto full power. I have been told it is to do with the resister is this right.
