Tumble dryer needs help to start?

Hello,
My Hotpoint needs help to start. I switch it on but it will not move unless I give the fan blades at the back a touch then it runs OK.

starting cap needs replacing.normally a sqauere black thing or gray round thing with 2 wires connected.cheap and easy!!
