BEKO WMA 10W Washing Machine wont wash?

Hi my machine wont wash properly. Water wont come into that side of the drawer so powder stays there. I tried to find the filter but no joy.

take the lid off and check the cam on the back of the program selector knob and make sure the arm moves the top bit on the soap draw.check if holes are blocked in the conveyor top as well
