Monitor setting, not computer setting.
What kind of monitor do you have?
If you have a CTR monitor, open it's menu, usualy the left most button.
Sellect Horizontal size and adjust it so that the image covers the full width of the screen.
Sellect Vertical size and adjust it so that the image covers the full height of the screen.
Most flat screen monitors don't have that kind of setting, but some may have it.
