where is the key sensor?

Where is the key sensor located in a 2000 Vauxhall Astra? I've got a new battery in my key fob but it still won't unlock the doors by remote. I hear it could be a dirty sensor, but where is it? It's not behind the mirror as someone suggested.

Thanks, but that didn't work. The battery light on the fob comes on, but nothing else happens.

Turn ignition on, push button on fob, doors should lock then unlock, job done.
