cassette toilet not flushing?

i have a 2010 coachman pastiche 545/4. on our last trip away the toilet would not flush. it is the one with the flush button on top. the pump is not making any sound at all.

Assuming its a thetford try there site.check for blown fuse and electric pump jammed or seized
