how can i fix my revs and speed counter?

i have a 206 year 2000 and my revs do not move just vibrates and my speed works then stops then works but it is telling me the wrong speed what can i do/

when the 106 does this trick you leave the battery of for about a hour and then reconnect,start up and see what happens.
