I have just put in a new anti calc cartridge in and the lighty is still showing that I need to replace it. Am i supposed to puncute any holes? Or just replace without doing anything?
Did you read the instructions first before replacing the cartridge? Did you remove the packaging the cartridge was in? As we don't have a crystal ball we can't actully see what have done, or not done.
