How to set up the Channels on a Bush LCD32TV24HD?

My daughter has been given a Bush LCD32TV24HD but there is no Remote Control or Handbook with it. Can anyone advise how to obtain a handbook and recommend an easy to understand and use remote control for this set. Any advise on the channel setting up procedure would be gratefully accepted.
