Starting problem citreon berlingo?

i have a 1.9 citreon berlingo on a 07 plate, it wouldnt start so i changer the glow plugs and still no joy so i changed the relay and still nothing, what step can i take next

are you getting fuel up to the filter and injectors?you may have immobiliser problems or primary fuel pump issues also,is there plenty of fuel in it?timing belt ok?filters needing done?any management lights on?these are just some things to check and it is difficult to determine your problem
