beko washing machine model no wm5140s?

put my machine on for a wash cycle, it didnt finish the cycle now it wont do anything, we have cleared the filter but still wont do nothing

when you cleared the filter did you check inside the filter housing and make sure the drain pump impeller rotated freely and wasn't jammed up?.Press and hold the start button for 5 secs to try reset program
