how can i fix my lights in my renault clio 1.2 2003?

The lights on the back of my renault clio flash like a disco e.g foot on brake and my indicators go nuts! Any ideas or a rough price would b handy please

sounds like an earth fault,check the light clusters for water that may be causing a short circuit
