Fisher & Paykel Excellence 7.5 Smart Drive .Cannot wash on cold cycle?

When I set my washing machine on cold wash it will not wash at all. It will wash on warm and hot only. It only accepts hot water.

Your description is a bit vague. You say it won't wash on cold water. Do you actually mean that it will not fill when you select cold. Two different things. If not filling, does it sound like it is trying to fill but no water coming in to machine or is there no noise at all?
