i have a fisher paykal excellence 7.5 was doing a heavy load last night the herd a couple of noises looked in & the bowel was out of centre put the lid back down then a louder bang happened does this sound simple to fix or get a new one

Questions. Why were you doing a heavy load when it clearly states it is designed for 7.5kg? Secondly, when you looked inside & saw bowl was not in centre why did you just put lid down and try to run it without fixing the bowl? Thirdly, what was the louder bang? Was it metallic like something breaking or bang/flash like power shorting out? Does it still power up & try to wash or what?
