I have had to buy a replacement remote for my Thomson DV3 160 freeview+ box. The lights come on on the remote but the box does not respond. The box works using the buttons on it. The remote looks like the ones in pictures on-line. Is there a difference between a DV3 box and a DV3 160 box that might affect the remote? Do I need to input a code to make it work? Any thoughts appreciated.
