navman won't power on ?

Our Navman F20 has been dead for a few weeks now. Nothing happens when we plug in the car charger, nothing appears on the screen. The green light comes on the charger, but nothing else. It seems dead. Help?

mio navman and binatone are rubbish and not worth the money i have one of each and both are unable to turn on
