I need to get inside the drum?

How do I get inside the drum to remove a loose object (I think it's a pen!!). - Indesit WIL 1235

Remove bottom hose and fish out with stiff wire or remove element and fish out through element hole. When refitting element make sure front of heater fits under bracket in drum or you wreck the drum on first spin ! Cheers
