Have a bosh excel condensin tumbledryer?

The dryer keeps knocking itself off and a flashing light indicating compartment comes on what can I do.

Could be condenser blocked behind small square door usually bottom left of machine. Long box comes out. (sorry if you already know this, but i have met lots of owners who dont know it exists.)It can be flushed out with garden hose. Cheers
