what makes a primer bulb stay collased on pouland ppb300 trimmer?
on a poulan trimmer ppb300 after you push the primer bulb about three times it will stay collapsed.It will start for a second and die will not start until primer bulb comes out after about 20 min or longer and pressed again then only for a second or two.I have replaced primer bulb with a new one same thing happens
