Hi all, front passenger door locked,SKODA 08 plate i took trim from inside to replace new lock cable, then temp replaced trim closed door and now its locked, mechanism you can hear operating but still locked can prise some of trim away to look inside but still cant see why it wont open ... HI all, I am answering my own question, i have sorted it by a long chisel, forcing between the door card, hitting it with a BFH, smashing it to bits! then a second hand locking mechanism. Sorted!!!
