how can I fix my aprilia rs125 ?

I had my engine rebuilt was fine until I left it for 2 weeks then tried turning it ova and wont start . for sum reason it keeps leek in petrol out of the joint of exhaust and can part . please some 1 help as my so called mechanic is usless
