Celestial now just shows a orange key?

I have a celestial K12N-C1 that now when we turn it on just had a orange key in the left bottom corner. I presume it is locked, but we no longer have the operation manual. If anyone can help, would appreciate it.

get the remote control of your set and make sure television
is on now hold down the F key bottom left side of remote
and press the mute key bottom right side of remote try a few times and it should work good luck.
