How can I fix my whirlpool heavy duty dryer model LER5636EQZ will not heat?

My whirlpool 3 wire 120/140 volt 60HZ 28amp Type No.178-00
model LER5636EQZ will not heat up at all it blows cold air out.......HELP.

it is either the thermal fuse or the thermostat. I had the same problem. I had a bad fuse so I replaced it and it worked fine I replaced the thermostat at the same time cause I had every thing apart. both parts were pretty cheap and it was easy to do.
