how can i fix window contol panel switches from getting very hot?

have a 08 grand scenic driver s window control panel switches get very hot

if the window is free it sounds like the switch is worn.lt will get hot if the connections get dirty or worn.if it gives up working you will have to get a new one other wise it might clean up using it.
