apply the choke the bike bike runs,disengage the choke and the bike the spits back and idling becomes erratic and stalls open the throttle and the bike sings on the main jet the bike sit's for most of the year/s and is not used much 1000 miles in 7 years! i cleaned the carb out removed and refitted the jets and its the same ?any ideas its an 05 model and its like brand new never seen the rain or dirt

sounds like the jets and internal galleries are gummed up, soak in carb cleaner or have the whole carb ultra-sonic cleaned, drain fuel before storing.
