No more information - it seems to be washing, but if it's showing an error message, would prefer to know what it means

F12 indicates the ribbon cable between display module and main module not connecting. Pull each end off, nip with fingers and reconnect. If this still does not work, send your main module in the back of the machine for test/repair. Cost is £53.88 inc return postage.
