cant get digi on new goodmans gtv51n16dvd?

Hi.just bought a Goodmans gtv51n16dvd and cant get channel 5 or anything at all from our digi box,can anyone help? thanks Anjie

Plug the digibox into the TV via a SCART lead and then use AV1 or AV2 to see the digibox output.

I wouldn't worry about Ch5. It is noorious for bad signal strength on analogue but you'll be able to see it via the digibox.
