ARG!! near die! how do i fix this!!! plz...im scared of bike now :(?

i took my motobike out and when i went to stop it it started to drive full throtle without me touching anything, and when i kick start it up it sounds like im raving it up full, how do i fix this problem?? plz tell me

if it was in the winter , your throttle cable could off frozen !!
