How can I fix my leaking draw on my hotpoint WML520P?

Water is leaking out of the draw on my hotpoint WML520P washing machine how can I fix it.

the only reason that water is coming out the drawer is because the soap dispenser hose is blocked, unplug machine remove lid and try and squeeze the powder either up or down until hose is clear
