i need an emachine reboot disc?

hi, i have a emachine 2230 pc and the kids have downloaded so much stuff its gone really slow and keeps freezing, can any one help? i have no recovery disc thanks, don.

Delete all the cr*p that the kids have down loaded, then do a disk cleanup, then do a defrag of the hard disk.
