anybody know what to do when message "tec assistance" comes up on Stirella ?

my stirella simac steam generator comes on but when you fix setting to cotton for example, a message comes up saying "tec assistance". any ideas??

depending on if their is any problem with unit it could mean that unit need filter replacement but suggest carry on until problem arise
