whys my peugeot speedfight not want to move?

Hi I've got a Peugeot speedfight 50cc dont no if its a 1 or a 2,just had loads new bits,barrel and head,piston and rings,waterpump,rollers.ect.. Problem is the back wheel aint spinning fast enough so won't pull off!!! Tried so many things someone please help..
