It is supposed to beep when the washing has finished. Usually 5 beeps. Do you mean it beeps at some other time. If so, is there an error code displayed? Look at the top row of lights and note which are on and which are off when it beeps. Count from left to right. If it goes out of balance a lot it may be the corner suspension springs are worn and too weak. This will make the bowl bounce around a lot.
