How can I fix my gear change on my fiat Ducati van 11 swb 2.0 OTJD?

I have trouble selecting first and second gear my van has only done 30,000 miles

i had the same trouble, its easy to fix, just adjustment.. adjustment is on the cable near the gear stick , take the cover off , its so easy, u need to take the play out of the cable....
