oil in water,?

my head gasket went on my ford connect van 1.8 tdci. so i got the head re skimmed and presure tested came back fine. so got new gasket and new lokating pins and head bolts. put it all back ,tightend down to correct tourqe,still got oil in me water any answers please.

done one of these a few weeks ago,run the motor for a day with a small amount of detergent in the coolant system,drained and renewed the oil cooler on rear of block,oil filter is mounted to it and is quite expensive so you could maybe source one from a scrappy,also watch for the oil feed to the turbo on top of the cooler,13mm bolt through the banjo,there are two different threads used on these so make sure you source the right one,good luck
