Need to unlock or reset 4 digit pers. code for mitsubishi rear proj?

Iwas given this mits. tv but but it wont let me accsess any inputs so i can hook up dvd or video games.Just asks me to enter 4 digit pers.code to unlock this is unknown and dont have original remote either,thanks

on the remote control you may see a button marked "Q.V." right above the two rows of numbers. you will want to press "Q.V." and 9 at the same time, that should override the password.

I should ask the person who gave you the TV. Remember that the code is there to stop stolen TVs being worth anything.
