measure tuner pins voltages.........when you were replacing capacitors maybe a small part of lead made a short circuit.....clean around your working on chassis with a non-usable tooth brush . Hello. I have a SAMSUNG UE 40 D8000 that doesn´t turn on. I have changed the capacitors but the TV still doesn´t turn on. Could somebody give any advise?
