How can I fix my Aquatronic 4 - water coming out of back outlet ?

Water has started coming out of the back outlet pipe on my Aquatronic 4 shower. I have checked the hose and showerhead to ensure there are no obstructions, which there aren't.
Please can some one advise what the problem may be?
