How can i fix on 2005 CRV "message door open"when it clearly is not?

We have a 2005 Honda crv .The nav system tells us "cd door open" when it clearly is not. Any suggestions please.

When the screen is down there is a small switch bottom right. I used electrical tape to tape it down. Put the screen back up and it should work fine. I had the same problem and this fixed it.
