I'm having the same problem here with our VAX Rapide Ultra 2. The cleaning solution is not getting from the clean water tank to either of the outlets neither the main one by the revolving brush or the the one on top for the small hand held attachment. I have tried the good old blowing down the pipe (and sucking and yep that solution tastes vile) but the pipe is blocked or sealed tight.
Is there a release valve or does the solution come out of the tank and into a pump? if so does the pump have a reliability problem as we have only used the machine a couple of times. Many thanks if you can help us!
