car wont start?

Ive a vauxhall vactra which wont start unless i attach jump leads to it. Ive had the battery tested and it is fine driving me crazy any ideas what this could be????

i would check to see if your alternator is charging your battery and i bought a vectra and the battery that was on it did the same as yours i got the battery checked it was fine but the battery that was on mine was not the right cold cranking hours so i would goto a car shop and ask them to check if its the right battery for the car
