how can i clear the blinking down arrow over 1CL on my TOwa FX-400 register?

i
have towa fx-400 register , and i have a problem with it. a down blinking arrow over 1CL is not gettig cleared. pl help??????????

I tries to clear, void, cancle, nothind worked, when i press any button, "no-CL" messege appears on the screen
