If you have taken the pump out and made sure there is no blockage then next question is does the pump actually turn on and run? Put machine on final spin and press start. Can you hear pump start running? If no then either the pump is faulty or the control board is faulty. Best to get an expert out to check as you don't want to just go buying parts at random. If it does run then I would suspect a blockage in the drain hose, usually were the 90 deg bend is at the end of the plate for mounting the pump.
