Rowenta watercontrol steam iron model DG5060?

The water tank on my iron will not heat up the iron itself you can iron with but it will not steam. I have had the iron for 2 years this is the first trouble it has had I live on the Costa Blanca Spain so where would be the best place for replacement parts.
