i have a bosch exxcel 1600 express washing machine, i usually use a programme which should last for 47 mins and you can see the minutes decreasing as the programme goes throught the cycle. But i noticed the machine when it was at 1 minute left and the washing was still being washed and hadnt been rinsed and was still foamy. after several minutes, the display still read 1 minute left. i changed the programme to a rinse and spin programme so i could get the washing powder out and spin the washing. Any ideas what i need? Thank you
