washing machine wont fill?

beko washing machine would not empty .i cleaned the filter which was jammed. now it wont fill but makes a rattling noise now

where is the noise coming from? if from the area of the water solenoid valve sounds as though you need to clean that filter as well and make sure the supply tap is in the on position
